Constant debit orders off my account after contract cancellation 4 months ago, No urgency in fixing issue!
After sending my hello peter review on Thursday 29th Aug 2019, i only got contacted once via call on the same day from cell c to say someone will be in touch with me, till today (02 Sep 2019) No one has contacted me as of yet and yet AGAIN i go debited another R700 yesterday!(01 Sep 2019). Meaning i have been incorrectly debited 3 times in a space of 1 week from cell C with a total of +-R2300. I have to now once again make time and use petrol to go reverse this transaction. It is very clear that this matter is not urgent to you guys.This is such poor service and ****************!
