Constance Ndlovu (Contractor) - Cell C

I had an issue with a subcontractor who *******ly opened a Cell C account in my name. After a lot of back and forth, the contract was cancelled by Cell C and Constance Ndlovu (Contractor) assisted me to obtain my refund for payments deducted from my account.
