CONSIDERING TAKING A CONTRACT OUT WITH CELL C ... THINK AGAIN
I am so tired of trying to get issues sorted out with Cell C. Each time I have to correspond with someone different and tell the whole story again. Recordings of calls can only be heard in a Cell C store, so you never have proof of your calls as you cannot get them via your email. I will NEVER take another contract with Cell C and I feel for the guys at the Vereeniging Store as they are really awesome and try to assist, however, Cell C Exclusive is another story. This is just a warning to others out there who are considering taking a contract out with Cell C. Think again. Their service is shoddy!!!!!
