Considered CellC for the first time and got shocking service!

For the first time in my life, I thought of giving CellC a chance as my sole cellphone & data provider after being with another provider for 16 years. I went to the Menlyn store and walked out empty handed after being told there is no stock and they can't tell me when they will have. By the way, all other providers do have stock. I app**** online (which showed available stock) for a new iPhone 8 on the Pinnacle Unlimited package and ordered 2 additional data sim cards. I got an e-mail requesting that I upload my supporting documents which was all submitted on Friday morning. I immediately received an e-mail saying someone from CellC will contact me within 3 business hours. It is now the following week Wednesday afternoon and nobody has contacted me. I went on the online chat twice and spoke to Tshepo who's promises have also returned empty handed. The only communication I received was an e-mail on Sunday, telling me that the data sim has been approved and one of their agents will be in contact with me shortly to arrange delivery. Still no contact and no word on the other sim card and cellphone package or delivery of the "approved" sim card. Shows you, stick to what and who you know, even if it means paying a little bit more. I thought CellC would jump at the opportunity to gain new business. I've been mistaken.
