Connectivity and network stability wholly unsatisfactory during the last week

Cell C: connectivity on my data # *** has been pathetic for the last week. Even when I do get a connection, network stability is very volatile. What’s wrong? Not enough bandwidth for the area in which I’m located? I’m at Gorst Avenue, Primrose , Germiston and GPS co-ords are -26.190132/28.148874. I’ve been trying to download and implement an internet banking app on a borrowed phone since Friday and just can’t get it registered in the bank’s system – simply no connectivity and/or stability. I have two devices via which to connect and both don’t deliver a satisfactory level of connection. These are a pocket Huawei router and a combination of Poynting antenna plus ZTE MF283 router. Please address and deliver a solution pronto. AND NOTE PLEASE: this is a recent experience - since mid-last week. Connections and stability were at a relatively satisfactory level prior to this

And please, please, please!!! will the people who are going to address this issue, please read the above text and not call and ask me what the problem IS. Also, please do not escalate. In my >10 years’ experience with you….escalation does not lead to solutions and issue take-up takes far too long!!! Please allocate this issue to a person/area that can deliver an immediate solution. Thank you
