<p>Since I took out a contract with cell c they have not stuck to our agreement. I find myself charged for things I did not agree to and I have also requested to have the insurance call recording to be provided to me on more tham two occasions which I still havent recieved. I have been stranded without signal late at night on the freeway without signal, called into the customer care to just have my call transfered around without any assistance from their advisors. These people are not well trained and do not know what they are doing or talking about. This particular month my airtime was not loaded onto my account, nobody is able to give me a clear explanation as to where my airtime went cause supposidly it was loaded but I did not even receive a notification of the recharge. I need to call in and complain about something each and every month because of the incompetance of the staff. I stay on hold for 10 minutes at a time just for someone to come back without an answer.</p>
