Confused staff and no record of contract update
A lady from Cell C called me on the 12/04 to upgrade by data contract and the contract was sent to me on the same day. the upgrade is still not done. Phoning Cell C is a futile exercise as they keep transferring me between the upgrades department and customer care as no one wants to take accountability. I'm surprised that this company still exists with such pathetic service
