confused staff

i agreed for cell c to deduct R 1000 from my account when they referred me to select online. i was told after 3 mths of paying this account i would be removed from the Credit Bureau for slow payer. Cell C never keep to their promise. i m on the Credit Bureau and listed as a slow payer its preventing me from getting a student loan for my daughters education. What kind of ethic does Cell C have ,Clearly not good 1s. I have called the accounts department so many of times all with the same reply - \We promise that your name will be removed from the Credit Bureau Mrs ... "Hogwash its still there "
