Confused Employees

Cell C does not seem to have one standard policy for the process of returning goods. I spoke to 4 different people and all of them told me a different thing. One lady from their call centre said you have 24 hours after purchasing, to take it back. A guy from their head office says you have 7 days. The manager at the store says you can bring it back anytime within 6 months. The last one i spoke to was a guy from their "Retention" side, he says that you have 7 working days i. Which to return the product. This is quite ridiculous.
