Confused customer
I have been a customer for 14 years. Went under debt review and now are refused an upgrade. I have provided a letter that my debt review was cancelled. I did ask this question on my previous discussion/review but never got an answer. Pls respond

I cancelled it yes and have send a letter of cancelation to CellC three months ago
