Confused

December last year took out a contract with you. To me you were going to debit R169. But you kept debit over R200 . R229 constantly. I recently found the contract and it is R169. I go to your store in Queenstown Nonesi Mall. To find out what is happening. I am told its call charges and i ask if thats the case someone is using the Sim card. But now if thats the case why are you debiting the same amount every month. No answer. What is so shocking for me us that the lady helping could not disable this sim card and that there is no phone for customers to use to call your callcenter for help. I want a list of these numbers called and my sim card cancelled
