Confused

Please help as I have a msg on my phone confirming the payment which was given by cell c as I phone every month before I pay you guys so I paid and 6 month down the line you call me and tell me that I owe money My msg from you guys show Time 09:18 06/03/2017 February bill R226.77 Which I paid and now im being phone telling me I owe more money than I paid

And when I phone your call centre im told my account is up to date and that I don't owe money spoke to Alick Sadebe this morning @11:15 we dropped the call where he informed me that I don't owe money but yet the head office phoned me and told me that I owe money
