confirmation of claim

i called c surance to confirm how much i am supposed to pay gave the amount i went to absa bank,lost the slip and when i called they said they will e-mail the number as i made payment using my id number but then the last digit was 080,it was supposed to be 084 so i assume i paid on the wrong acc,so i called in to check if the payment is reflecting but its forever ringing,so i need to know were to go from here i dnt have a phone and it has been 2 months now..i am very irritated cos i faxed all the documnets for the claim my only concern is the payment if its reflecting ...please help me
