Confirmation letter
On a call right now with Thiago from a account department requesting a confirmation letter that my account is up to date and am still holding on for 30mims now!!! Whats so difficult to email such important information i need hence it was not even my fault that the account its in errors?? Can someone send me that confirmation letter pls coz I can't even use my statement I received it doesn't count

Are any supervisor or manager that are monitoring the agent system?? Coz clearly they also not doing their job coz if they did they would have seen such cold call on hold for such a long time and ask the Tshiamo the agent wats going on?? I guess am still gonna hold on for another 2 hours!!!
