Confirmation letter and recordings
To whom it may concern, I bring this matter forward with great frustration of am account failing to be closed upon my request twice. The Consultants of cell c advised me twice that my request to cancel the contract is done but failed to do so as my account is still being debited. I requested in November for my account to be cancelled and the lady ensured January will be the last debit as the procedure is 1 months protocol ( already this was irritating because I dont use it )
February I was debited again and called for this matter to be sorted and still CELL C failed because my account has been debited again in March.
Then now im told the issue i cant be given my recordings and the confirmation letter and funny how im told ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED FOR QUALITY AND ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST yet we request the is issues
its 2 weeks now the last response was a call that was promising like ANC government and doesn't deliver and the rest we wait for Jesus to come back strike on cell C i honestly don't understand what's difficult with this matter you always say all calls are recorded and available now I'm requesting its a issue...
* Option A - i get recordings from the call center between me and the agent closing the contract send me the confirmation letter as requested
Can i please have this STUPID issues resolved or send me the recordings or i can even drive there to collect them i don't mind coz someone is failing to do a simple task and we have to resort to Social media Tendencies ,someone is is getting paid to resolve such issues and its not be attended not sure how
