Confidentiality is not something this company has learnt, let alone mastered.

Confidentiality is clearly not something that Cell C knows of. Calling on other family members numbers, saying it is listed as alternate number when they have never in the past used it, is utter *******. Unless i give Cell C explicit authority to call anyone on my contact list, this is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Truly the most unprofessional company that i have ever come across. When you question them about why they are using this number or why they are repeated calling you when you have already advised several persons of the same issue, they either give you the customer attitude or they slam the phone down.
