Confidential info not safe

Found that Paycoza authorized R99.99 debit order given by company named Lesethu Marketing, active in telesales, that is not internet entity. The same company claimed that \voice mandate"originated from Cell C 084 number that is not on my bank database. As I have opened Cell C account few months ago and as I don't give my confidential information over the phone then the leak of my confidential information happened from someone who has access to my Cell C account. Note that \""voice mandate\"" was never fw to me on my request to telesales company.<br> And what Cell C will do for this breach of confidentiality/disclosure of my banking details?"""
