conditions of contract not being met
Bought a samsung galaxy note 4 on a 24 month contract based on the condition explained to me by the salesman that i willhave 2 screen changes in 2 years.Now i took my phone for repairs on a cracked screen they telling me that i only phone qualify for 1 screen change in 12 months.when i bought my phone no one explained to me there are different versions of a note for which means maybe i got a very cheap phone compared to others.<br> After being a loyal customer forore than 6 years i ddnt expect this from cell c.
