Con the consumer
<p>Cell C had a data package in 2016. R 999 for 100 gig any time. 2017 came and the price is R 1 499. A 50% increase. It is absurd. Guys I was a vivid supporter of cell C. A read brand ambasador for you. The emphasis isnon WAS. Consumers can not and should not accept a 50% increase. Its absurd and is just an exploitation of the consumer. Cell C. Wondered what the C stand for now I know Con the consumer</p>

03 Feb 2017, 07:32Despite our best efforts to keep our prices unchanged, the rising cost to supply mobile services has necessitated a price increase. Our products and services, however, remain competitive. We will continue to find ways to bring customers more value and where possible pass on the benefit of any cost saving as and when we can.

03 Feb 2017, 07:44What an absurd reply. None of the other cell c products neither did any of the competitors increased any price ever with 50%. The reply of cell c speaks of a standerd spin and no understranding of the issue at heart. A 50% increase in any fee is not only unacceptable but is just irresponsible and a total disregard of the financial position people find themselves in.
