<p>All,</p> <p> </p> <p>Be very careful of Cell C. They increase your limits without notifying you, without your consent, without your request. You end up using more than your normal limit without knowing of any better. When you query it they use the poor excuse that you have used the service hence they will not refund you.</p> <p> </p> <p>The poor excuse they use on HelloPeter is that they refer to the terms and conditions which gives them the authority to rob you. Do not let this scare you off. Their terms and conditions does not supercede the law.</p>
