Con artists (review #1)

All,

Be very careful of Cell C. They increase your limits without notifying you, without your consent, without your request. You end up using more than your normal limit without knowing of any better. When you query it they use the poor excuse that you have used the service hence they will not refund you.

This is an odd business model to increase revenue streams. But ********* business like this is not clever. It catches up to you. Like this one will...speak soon again Cell C

As per the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement the service suppliers may, of their own choice and discretion, implement a monthly usage limit, without notice to you.

Try and stick with me; this is not very difficult to understand - read it a few times if needed:

You cannot INCREASE the limit at your discretion. The limit is intentionally implemented to protect Cell C and me

Your response to the review is absolutely, utterly poor and disappointing. Thank you; you have given me more meaning and encouragement to continue my endeavour to solve this matter.

You have violated my following rights:

· Right to safety: You are selling me something; and debiting money from my account i did not agree too.

· Right to be informed: You did not inform me of making changes to my account

· Right of choice: You made changes to my account without my consent

· Right to consumer education: You did not help me to understand the changes made

· Right to health: You are degrading the quality of my life. You are causing me stress and sleepless nights. I am having great difficulty to deal with this matter.

Your terms and conditions does not authorise you to act ********. I am suprised that you know what it says seeing that you should not have time to review it, because you spend your entire day responding to HelloPeter complaints - complaints coming in like clock work?

You clearly arefailing at a lot? Wow...
