<p>Its a fisrt to have to get an agent who knows her story at cell c..would like to compliment Nonhlanhla Selala from the retentions department as a A+ consultant.. she helped me with pride and i was at a verge of loosing my mind bt she managed to calm me down n gave me what i was looking for.she explained everything to me n i was a happy client when i got off that phone..Excellent customer service and she deserves a promotion..ive managed to get my upgrade with no hustle as the previous consultant who was assisting me from Upgrades by the name of Neo.i didnt get any joy from him as he promised to call me on saturday before 2 and i didnt hear anything from him.even today im the one who called in.i believe feedback is important even if theres no change or anything, just letting the client knw that you are still waiting for feedback frm a certain department.dont just keep quite n let it be.</p>
