I'm a firm believer in giving credit where/when it's due. Thank you to Jonny Hlope from Customer Service who managed to get my data contract canceled within a day of me submitting the bad review... Why wait until a client has to half loose their mind before the capable and competent staff have to step in...Save yourselves the bad publicity by hiring more staff like Jonny. He was simply brilliant! Cool, calm and collected and very committed to ensuring that he fullfilled his task and kept me informed every step of the way. Now that is what you call service, Cell C...
