I would like to thank your agents (Thabile and Welcome). I am so impressed with the resolution of my complaint . My inquiry was resolved within five minutes (telecom) but although I'm not happy with the service I received from Nomcebo (other agent). I hope she can learn something from these two agents (Thabile and Welcome).

I am receiving the good service so far, Contact Center is indeed following up with me. I hope other complaints will be considered as my own.

I hope these recommendations will reach the managers.
