Compliant about Cell C GetMore service

I would like to place a complaint on the Cell C Get More service, these people ******* me into joining this service. When they called me with the service they said that it was for being a loyal customer to the network. I said to them before I confirm anything can they send me an email with all this relevant information and I will call them back to see if I am interested in the service. Needless to say that was not done, no one emailed me all I saw was that there service was now charging me and this came as a surprise to me for I never agreed to it. I called Cell C to tell them and I expressed that I will not make payment to my contract until this is addressed needless to say they suspended my contract I made the payment and the GetMore service people told me that they can only remove me from the service before the end of any month. Needless to say still today I have been removed from the service. Even after I sent them an email expressing that I want to be removed they are using the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse.
