Completing 2 contracts during load shedding

On Wednesday 2o May 2015, I went into the Cell C store at Then. To be honest this was my last stop, I had already given up on 3 other shops due to poor or lack of service. What a pleasant surprise waited for me in the cell C shop. Ashlynne was friendly and professional and assisted me with a smile. Things went so well I decided to take out 2 new contracts with Iphone 6 handsets and to port from Vodacom. Two minutes into the paperwork, Eskom started load shedding and we were plunged into darkness. My first thought was she was going to say sorry sir you will have to come back in the morning. Not Ashlynne, she apologised for the inconvenience and promptly turned on the flashlight in her own phone, this enabled me to complete the paperwork. Ashlynne then phoned the information through to another Cell C store to complete the contract documents and email them to me. All of this in total darkness just using her handset flash light. I left the shop with two working handsets and 2 new contracts. I have never in my life seen this kind of service. Ashlynne did not give up even when every other person in the mall went home, she stayed and completed her work and promise that it can be done.
