Completely unacceptable.

I recently did a contract switch from Vodacom over to Cell C and all was done professionally by the store in Centurion. The debit card that needed to loaded however which was approved on the 27th of June hasn't as yet. Now I have had bank charges from Vodacom and the buy out amount is still outstanding. I was informed that it would take 48 hours to load the card but it has been almost a week. I have not been given a fixed date as to when the card will be loaded. I find myself in debt to Vodacom with no solid answers. I regret moving over to Cell C. Highly dissatisfied.

I was in the Cell C in Centurion last night and received my card fully loaded. I was assisted by Fanie Fowlds. He assisted me initially and was completely professional and very helpful. The delay was with the loading of the card. I'm not sure who specifically is responsible for that. I spoke to Pardon Khumalo who basically passed the buck saying I needed to speak to Vodacom which was definitely not the case and although Moses did assist me he did not listen to what I said to him. Brushed me off twice. I understand that he wanted to sort out my problem as soon as possible but he tone left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

I am grateful that the matter has been sorted out though. Special thanks to the Centurion store Bayside who gave me superb service.
