My friend and I walked into cell c on Friday to enquire about something. All the agents, except 1 were busy. He then stood up and went into the backroom, and got his bag and started talking to a friend who was in the store before he casually and walked out without acknowledging us. All the other agent didn't even bother to at least say \we will be with you shortly"or at least smile or nod at us to acknowledge our presence. We eventually walked out of there about 15min later. Its not the first time they just ignore customers"
