Complete incompetence

Settled both my accounts with these idiots and they added my funds to someone else's account. They have since handed me over. We have spoken now to 11 people and received zero assistance, noluthando is the last person spoken to. Complete incompetence has left me with a bad credit score even after sending proof of payment.
