complete disregard of customer complaints

Three weeks ago i signed up for a CellC contract with a sales agend over tbe phone. We agreed that i was going to get a Samsung A5 pink in colour. However a black one was delivered and i immediately called client services to request that they collect the black phone and deliver the pink one that i requested. I was told the process takes 4-7 days, for the phone to be collected. I waited for 2 weeks and thephone was never collected, even after i made so many calls to indicate that i wanted the phone be collected. Each time i called i was told the collection will happen the next day. It never did!!! I ended up keeping the phone because the billing period was drawing near because i was worried that i might be billed fir something i was not even using. CellC is tricking customers, these sales agents make all prkmises to customers judt to make a sale. I signed ul for a pink samsung galaxy A5 not a black one!!!! I feel i was ******* and taken advantage of!!!!! <br>
