I also whant to get hold of Douglas Stevenson but as yet nothing. Am a client for more that 20th year's now. I have never had this kind of bad severe ever. I call in on the 31st of December 2020 to lock a complaint,after the second week j call back to ask whats going on because no one from cell c calls back. I spoke with 4 people at the call center and with the team leader that said she will call back. No one call back so I sent a mail to customer service on the 4 of February 2021 still no response from anyone. So what now am ready disappointed in cell c for this service i got from them at this moment i what to cancel all 3 contracts that I have with them.
