<p>I had a contract with cell C I paid everything but still they didn't stop debiting my account till I closed the account now 3 Months down the line I'm getting a call that I'm owing them. I have spoke to several consultants regarding the matter they were all telling me I'm not owing anything till I got a call the lady is telling me now I'm owing after 3 Months while I settled everything in December....if you're planning to get a contract with Cell C this is what we have experienced when it comes to cell phone contracts</p>
