Complaint with Cell C
First mail sent to Cell C 16/11/2022 regarding credit my facility. Sent 12 mails - numerous calls and have the ref. numbers. All I want is to speak to a decision maker re my credit facility and only response is an operator who reads off the screen. Have been diverted to numerous departments...no answers. Looks like there are no decision makers who can answers a simple question. Nobody at Cell C interested in my query.....disgusting service.

I have all the dates of the following references received from my mails sent, please advise if you would require the dates.

With the above reference number's I have received three calls where no answers were available to my request.
Received a mail reply stating that a call was made to me and there was no answer from my side. We hotly dispute this as we have no records of any missed calls ... see my reply ***.
All my correspondence has my mobile number at the foot of the email.
All my mails that I sent were sent to numerous departments due to the frustration of lack of communication back to me.
As I require answers and would like to discuss the decision made by Cell C not to upgrade my mobile.
I am not one to complain but to be honest in this case I have been left totally frustrated.
I do look froward to your response and clarification and the opportunity to resolve my issue.

09 Jan 2023, 23:12My apologies I did not state that for the last 14 odd years that we have been with Cell C we have upgraded our mobiles on a regular basis and in February 2022 we did the last upgrade and increased the payment with the new contract. now we told upgrade rejected due to my credit facility. You will note that there has never been an issue with payment from my side and every debit order has been done on the date set from the outset.

10 Jan 2023, 10:55If you are under debt review, we unfortunately are unable to assist with an upgrade as NCA still deems extending credit or issuing new credit to a Customer flagged to be under Debt Review as reckless lending.
We have escalated the matter to our Credit Vetting Team to provide final feedback on the matter.

It looks as though all will be rectified but I will have to wait another month which I do not have a problem and we will see from there.
