Complaint, very bad service not for the first time but this is a second time it happening.
I am so disappointed in cell C, I upgraded my contracts on two cell phone but till today I haven't received the phone and when I call them they do not give me proper answer on what going on, since the 5 July they advise I will get the device in 10 working days and now it way over 10 days that they provided to me on when can I get the phones.
Their service is very bad as there is no one giving feedback to client or advise what the delay on the delivery. This is not the first time they are not giving good service, I last complaint on Facebook and said will put complaint on hello peter.
