Complaint still not resolved - ***** purchase!

Incident logged on the 3rd Dec has still not been resolved! It was confirmed that this was ***** and that my name would be cleared. I recieved a letter of confirmation from Cell C that my ITC would be cleared within 7 days however upon checking this today there still reflects an outstanding balance of R 5283.00. This is hindering the purchase of a house!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WANT THIS TO BE CLEARED TODAY AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW CELL C IS GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS? Very upset...
