Complaint resolved

This is feedback on a complaint that was logged on 30 Nov 2015<br> Cell C (Thapelo Eugene Mokoape) managed to resolve my issue and and promised that Cell C will be refunding the R1800 to my account within the next 7 days. The money has been deducted from my sim card so in good faith I am assuming that this will soon appear in my bank account...<br> The delay in Cell C helping me seems to be that Thapelo was out of office for a few days. I except there apology and I'm therefor happy with the outcome and will be buying the 200 giga promo on the other sim card...<br> <br> I special note to Cell C is that when you do promotions like 200 giga please make sure you state clearly how it works (specially in this case where you have to bye another sim card and can't use your existing one)<br>
