Complaint regarding return of upgrade devices

I recently upgraded and need to return the devices because the devices are not compatible with the applications needed daily. Collection logged for repairs. I called to ask them to correct it but no one can transer me through to the correct department. I was transferred to 6 different people in a space of over an hour!!!!! My time wasted. No managers available in the wrong departments that want to take my complaints rather tell the agent they must transfer me!!! I cannot believe this!!!! I am struggling for an hour being transferred to different departments but never to the correct department.

No sense of customer service. I have also sent 2 emails regarding this issue to Cell C.
