Complaint regarding CellC
I've complained about a consultant named Sanele Nofemela at CellC on the 17th of June. To this day they did not resolve my query. If I do not as them about my complaint, they also keep query.
The consultant sold me a construct and led that he canceled an old one. I only found out later that he did not cancel it. Now CellC is playing duck and dive when they have to resolve that query because today as we speak, money for 2 constructs was deducted from my account.
