Complaint on service advertised by Cell C not rendered
I (again) bought a 50G data package online from Cell C. The data is not added to my account by Cell C.
I was not informed last year - even after the complaint I had - that this data package is not available on my contract.
I deposited the money, but my account is not credited with the data, but with the money only.
I already got a complaint number from Cell C, and spoke to various of their agents to attempt resolve the matter.
Can you please assist.

09 Feb 2021, 08:31Although this complaint was first acknowledged by Cell C on Feb 1, 2021 (after multiple calls had been made to Cell C) I also now got the above-mentioned reply from Cell C with the promise of an upcoming phone call, which they made yesterday at 13h45.
I was not satisfied with the quality of the line, nor of the quality of the assistance by their company Service Center, because only a promise to supply the data bought by referring the matter was made.
I have of now not yet received the data.
Neither have I had access to the data which is part of my contract since the problem occurred. (The available data shows on their site, but I don’t have access to it.)
