Complaint on Cell C contract ***

I wanted to cancel my contract with cell c in June 21 since I was no longer working. The sales person convinced me to down grade from premium R179 to R69.00 which I agreed. To my surprise they continued to charge me R179. When I queried the lady I spoke to said that she noted my conversation and query she was going to take it up with Finance. Nothing happened thereafter instead they kept on escalating my debit orders upto a point where it became R1700.00. I all this time I have been asking them to stop debiting my account. Anytime they debit my account and return debit orders the bank charges me R150.00 and those cost to date have gone to R3000.00 My account have been spoiled. I can't even get overdraft. In September erroneously paid R1000 to the account and wrote to them to to write off the account. Now they are continuing to harass me. I need your assistance before I take legal action against cell C because I have incurred lot of cost and damage to my account because of their negligence. My number to call is ***.
