Complaint on bad service and damaged goods

Have 3 contracts with cell c one of my phones broke down in the 13th month into the contract took in to a cell c store in sandton on the 23rd of February, i have been making means calling them to find out about the progress all i get is bad service on the 13th of march i called in again they told me that they took my fone back to sony and they have no idea whats goin to happen.
