Complaint of ***** within Cell C

They promised to solve my problem of over deducting my money last month but nothing has been done I am paying Insurance double when I reverse they block my number all in all Cell C is *****ing my money and they do not care about that I have been complaining about this since September even today this matter has not been resolved they call and make empty promises and keep on asking all the information that they have with them as if they do not have a system
