Complaint not sorted out after 4months

Still waiting on CellC to get back to me regarding my complaint (4months later). Spoken to a very condescending technical guy 3 weeks ago and he basically told me that the buck stops with him and that the reason for the data that was taken from account was because the \user was aware that she had more data"and it stopped there. My other query also wasn't attended to and I specifically asked him to e-mail me a written response and still waiting?? My phone's been disconnected this morning without notice. I'm complaining on this platform as it seems that this is the only way CellC responds to queries. """
