Complaint logged with no feedback received

<p>I logged a complaint about my data usage that was disappearing for nothing, as this was now the 4th time again that this has acquired. After changing not basically on my phone for the settings as all the settings was correct in the first place and followed all the steps that it still not resolved anything, and now all of a sudden its correct, but what about all my data i lost and money i had to spend again for this problem. This is unacceptable. I want feedback on this problem and not some bull story what has been given to me, like my phone connects to the internet by itself, *******!!!!! Because why is it not happening now!!!!!!!</p>
