Complaint for debit
So after I wrote a bad review of cell c that debited my account to months later an amount of 555 rand, I had head office call me back saying that they would review, Yesterday they called me and the guy informed that he cannot access the payment made this month on the debit order they took until the 7th of august. He informed me that the fee I paid was for the cancellation of the account which was an amount of 744 I paid 2 months ago via EFT. He confirmed this with me over the phone. The agents I called put me through from one apartment to the other and said that the 555 rand that was debited this month the 25th was for cancellation?? The next person said it was cause I used their data the month of June, the card was out of the Router for 2 months and now they claim I used their data so now they cant refund???? The monthly installment for the data was 296 a month, they debited 555 rand, Guys stop making excuses just because you do not want to refund money that you took from me for nothing. Now I have to wait until the 7th August, meanwhile I will have to go in debt to buy food for my family. Cell c is a **** *****ing company and they will make any excuse to keep money that were never theirs in the first place. They never inform you anything and just take

30 Jul 2019, 08:52The fact is that cell c does not seem to understand the urgency of the query, I have to wait till the 7th to be informed that I was charged for something and then how long would reimbur*****t take? Is cell C going to pay the interest back on my credit card that I had to take in order to compensate for your mistake? Why did Cell c not inform me? Why do they not just review conversations had with consultants? Is it because you guys know that you ***** money from many customers on a daily basis?
