Complaint
What pathetic service. I upgraded my contract mid-May and the contract that I chose came with an extra Bluetooth headphone and a power bank.
I received the phone but never received the extras. I have been calling the customer service centre and been promised more than 4 times that someone/supervisor will call me back. The last ref# I for was ***
