Good afternoon

About 3 weeks ago, your company called and offered me a contract for a cellphone and a tablet through Cell C and everything was validated awaiting for delivery.

I then received a call from Cell C stating the Samsung A23 was out of stock, which I then opted for 2 tablets.

Today when I called CellC, they said this has been cancelled from your side pending documents. 1) No one asked for anything 2) This was already validated so what more do you need 3) Noone has called and followed up only I had to do it today.

Last week Inayat Khan from headoffice called and everything was sorted and delivery was meant to be last friday.

Now i must submit documents and be verified

Your urgent assistance is needed. This is not the service I expect being a new customer
