Complaint charged double
I have been double charged this month? Money already taken from my account this morning. Please call to rectify this.

01 Oct 2019, 09:50Hi. Not double debited. The statement shows charged twice. I phoned in this morning. They are escalating it as there is an issue. My account is not more than R400 a month. Now over R700. There is an extra data bundle and call bundle randomly added to my account. She has removed the extra call bundle and escalated to remove the data bundle. But why did this happen and why was i charged for this? Please investigate
