Complaint Cell C Overport Branch

Complaint! In June 2024 we visited the Cell C branch in Overport city. I needed to get a new phone we decided on the samsung A55. Upon signing the documents Gerhard was my sales assistant. There was another guy there (not sure of his name) also assisted (not sure why). He asked me what colour's I would like, I advised a black one (I always choose black phones), he opens a blue phone. I was not happy as he said it was too late to change it and I must just take a blue phone otherwise they would pay for the phone. My question is, why do I have to settle for a blue phone when the box clearly stated BLUE. I am not happy with the service in that branch
