Complaint: Cell C Masingita Mall rudely failed to help me with my complaint

My name is Mikateko. I stay in Giyani Limpopo On the 29/2/2020 I bought HUAWEI NOVA 5T phone at Cell C Masingita Mall Limpopo. After 2 weeks my phone was not working I couldn't download documents or make calls without it freezing. The worse part about the phone it doesn't take good picture for the price of the phone.

On the 20/3/2020 i went to cell c outlet to lay a complaint about the phone but I was very poorly assisted. Cell c took my phone for repairs and I was told after 5 days I will get my phone back. Even today 4/4/2020 am still waiting for my phone to return. I went back to cell c outlet on the 4/4/2020 to ask where is my phone from repairs. They rudely responded saying it is because of corona my phone is still at repair's I should learn to be patient .

How can one claim she has a good phone less than a month it doesn't function at all and told by cell assistance manager by the name of Zondi Khosa to be patient and wait without even assuring me when I will ever receive my phone from repairs.
